This is Inverta, a post-apocalyptic game with physics-based puzzles and an original gravity-shifting mechanic that lets you traverse ceilings, floors, and walls to solve challenges. Currently, it’s in early access on PC, but its developers have confirmed that once the final version is released, it will become a paid game.
Free game during early access on Steam
According to the developers on the game’s official Steam page, Inverta will be free only during its early access phase, which has already begun. Once the version 1.0 is published (no release date has been announced), the game will adopt a one-time payment model, with no microtransactions or paid DLCs. Additionally, they have assured that all future content, including narrative expansions, will be free for those who already own the game.
During early access, the game will be free. After the full launch, we will adopt a one-time payment model, with no plans to increase the price or include paid DLCs. All future content will be free for game owners,” the studio explains.
Inverta offers an atmospheric experience, with a dark artistic style, challenging puzzles based on gravity manipulation, and a world full of secrets to discover. It’s perfect for fans of platformers with fresh ideas, physics-based puzzles, and independent adventures with soul.
