A new South Korean project has just shown its muscle with a cinematic trailer that focuses on the daily routine of a survivor in the midst of a zombie pandemic. The proposal combines intense action, exploration, loot management, and constant tension, all set in a closed complex where players must survive… or lose everything.
This survival shooter combines PvPvE and PvE modes, with lethal zombies, hostile players, and an environment that is closing in due to a toxic gas. Exploration, stealth, hand-to-hand combat, and the use of improvised weapons will be essential if you want to escape the urban hell alive.
The Midnight Walkers will arrive on consoles in 2026
The Midnight Walkers, developed by Oneway Ticket Studio, is set in the Liberty Grand Center, a mega-complex with areas such as a shopping mall, a hospital, or a casino, now invaded by the undead and deadly traps. The objective is simple: enter, loot, survive, and escape. But everything gets complicated with mutated zombies, special bosses, and other players who also want to escape alive.
Among its main features, we find:
-
A closed and lethal environment, with varied areas and a toxic gas that forces you to move quickly.
-
Total loss system: if you die, you lose everything you’re carrying.
-
Brutal combat with all types of weapons, from katanas and bows to shotguns and hammers.
-
Mutated zombies, such as acid spitters or destructive giants.
-
PvE and PvPvE modes, where each match can end in victory… or a humiliating death.
The game will arrive in early access on PC in late 2025, and its console release is scheduled for 2026. You can already watch the official trailer below:
